This is a beautiful piece. Individuals (couples? People?) with tattoos are often wrongly perceived, or even portrayed, as "hard" or "broken". I see two caring people. This shot is intimate, loving and non-sexual. Two people sharing a moment, sharing human contact in a sacred place and the most necessary fluid on the earth. The embrace is equally strong and vulnerable. Safe. Thank you very much for this work of beauty.
Body art enhances nudity to a level that is very enticing to the eye, with that said, when you manage to put the two together and the outcome is this picture, I say you got it and translated to the image very very nicely.......I simply just love this.......
They remind me of an arranged marriage. It's tender, but still somehow forced. A learned love instead of compelled emotion - which isn't necessarily a bad thing - the models remind me what marriage is about. Work, compromise, and the fact that fairytale love just doesn't exist.
When it comes to the little details of the photo itself I have to say the cropping bothers me. I think cropping out the tile and leave just the white of the tub would have been far more compelling. A little color filter or two between photo layers could have really made the photo seem more finished and less "raw," but I do absolutely love the angle at which the photo was taken. I can see the stretch you put into getting the perfect angle (you're visible in the faucet ) All in all I think it's a good photo that full of emotion so the technical bits don't mean that much. It's lovely and a deserved DD, congrats!
And yet MysteryBandit, one of your top "favorites" is the spy from TF2 dry humping a pole. Don't you think you're being a tad hypocritical?
This is beautiful, tasteful art. I'd imagine that you are young by your distaste in calling this "porn", but it's far more appropriate to be entitled 'art' than many of the works featured here on DeviantArt.
I love this picture, I love how the Ink acts as a tying feature of the two models, and that there is an energy that is love, and passion... I also love the skin tones with him having this wonderful deep tone and her having a more fare tone and how you have them acts like a progression from rich to fair. Sorry i can go on for days here with all the feels but Great job.
Meanwhile, where artists are working their asses off for hours to deliver people great artwork, some people just need to take the picture of a naked tattooed woman getting touched by a naked tattooed man in a bath and make a very simple title to get the shit out of people's ass-licking. "Great job", I guess.
